32nd AGM Report
Samuhik Bikas SACCOS will convene its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25th Ashwin 2083 (October 11, 2026) at the Head Office, Tilottama‑3. The meeting will be held from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM with the participation of members, board representatives, and staff. The AGM will cover the following key agendas: Presentation of audited financial statements and annual performance review Progress updates on savings and credit programs Discussion on new service expansion initiatives Approval of the annual budget and policy amendments Dividend distribution to members Election/renewal of board representatives The 32nd AGM will serve as an important platform to strengthen transparency, accountability, and member participation, ensuring the cooperative continues to grow sustainably while upholding the trust of its members.
