31st AGM Report
Samuhik Bikas SACCOS successfully convened its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance with cooperative principles and the directives of the Department of Cooperatives. The meeting brought together board members, staff, and shareholder members to review the organization’s financial performance, operational progress, and future plans. During the AGM, the cooperative presented its audited financial statements, highlighted achievements in savings and credit programs, and discussed new initiatives to strengthen member services. Important agendas such as dividend distribution, approval of budgets, policy updates, and election of board representatives were also addressed. The 31st AGM reaffirmed the cooperative’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and member participation. It served as a platform for open dialogue, collective decision‑making, and setting the strategic direction for the upcoming fiscal year.
